Sheryl J. Warren
Director of Training & Management Development
Sheryl Warren is a professional dedicated to continuous improvement. She spends a significant portion of her time designing and delivering seminars on team building and professional development to management in both public and private sectors.
During the past 16 years, Warren has worked with major corporations primarily in the Northeastern United States. She has provided both continuous guidance and training in leadership, team building, meeting facilitation, and management skills.
Sheryl has designed and delivered workshops and learning interventions for thousands of employees nationwide and has provided career counseling to individuals. She has coached teams and individuals in management skills, communication skills, customer service, time management, supervisory techniques, public speaking, business writing, and career development. Warren played a major role in launching and monitoring quality improvement processes for several companies.
Ms. Warren graduated with honors as one of the top 10 students in her graduating class from Charlotte Amalie High School in St.Thomas, USVI. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Her professional certifications include Instructional Design by Information Mapping, Management Development by Communico, Communication Styles by Ridge Associates, and certification by Covey Leadership Center as a facilitator in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and in First Things First: Priority and Time Management. She is also certified to administer psychological assessment instruments such as the STRONG Interest Inventory and the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) for use in career development and team building.
Ms. Warren has designed marketing materials and published numerous articles for companies’ training publications. In addition, much of her time is spent administering volunteer workshops for her community and developing training programs that promote management excellence.
She brings a wealth of both knowledge and first-hand experience to institutions, with several years of experience as Associate Manager of Human Resources for Prudential Insurance Company as well as Operations Manager for a multi-million dollar finance company. Sheryl Warren has been there and has practical tools and techniques to increase effectiveness on the individual-, team-, and organizational-levels.

Tishri V. Samuel
Tishri has worked for several
corporate organizations such as Wyndham Hotels, Holiday Inn,
Days Inn, Delta, Perkins + Will Architectural firm, UF and
Shands Jacksonville Hospital,
Douglas
County School System, Host U Services just to name a few.
Her
expertise
is very diverse and ranges from Human Resources,
Administration, Education, Hospitality, Marketing, Training
and Development, and Leadership.
Tishri continues to work with Host
U Services as
Training&
Facilitation Manager. She recently
joined the PriceSmart Club, St Thomas Inc. as the Human
Resources Manager, where she strategically incorporates all
of her experiences, creativity
and innovative abilities,
leadership skills to create realistic opportunities for each
associate at PriceSmart, St. Thomas Inc. to develop the
employee’s greatest potential.
